Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Program Manager to drive governance, delivery and continuous improvement across the UK & Ireland Field Delivery portfolio.

You will coordinate multiple IT infrastructure and service initiatives, report to senior leadership, and partner with Deployment, Field Support, Engineering, and Service Management teams to remove blockers. Travel up to 10% within the UK & Ireland is expected as you lead cross-functional programs, establish KPIs, forecast demand, and

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs and services.
• Ability to own and communicate end-to-end program strategy and results to leadership.
• Proven track record in program or project management roles.
• Strong customer-facing communication and organisational skills.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the UK Field Delivery program portfolio with clear status and dependencies.
• Define governance, reporting cadences, and escalation paths for initiatives.
• Establish KPIs for program and project performance across the portfolio.
• Support resource demand forecasting and capacity planning for Field Delivery teams.
• Drive process improvements using data to identify and fix inefficiencies.
• Partner with Deployment, Field Support, Engineering and Service Management to align priorities.
• Support definition and adoption of program management tooling and SOPs.
• Represent UK Field Delivery in regional/global PMO forums and align standards.
• Proactively manage change control and communicate scope impacts; identify risks.
• Keep stakeholders informed and maintain documentation; ensure internal customer service.
• Update or develop critical process documentation for Field Delivery initiatives.
