Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks an experienced Telecoms Design Program Manager/SME to lead IT infrastructure design and delivery for Amazon logistics buildings worldwide.

You will act as the technical authority on structured cabling, wireless, and physical network design, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors. You will influence best practices, drive AI-driven tooling adoption, and help establish dashboards and metrics for design quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecoms design including cabling infrastructure design and deployment program management.
• BICSI RCDD or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Project manage telecoms design projects across buildings and regions.
• Provide telecoms design expertise and technical input across programs.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Utilise AutoDesk Revit to support design workflows and BIM integration.
• Drive automation, QA/QC, and documentation libraries.
• Mentor designers and BIM technicians in telecoms design expertise.
