Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive data center expansion in Europe from our London office. The TIPM will lead cross-functional teams through design, construction and handover, delivering capacity on time and within budget while coordinating with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.

Qualifications

Experience as a Program Manager in capital projects or mission-critical infrastructure.
Experience managing large-scale data center or equivalent facilities projects.
Good knowledge of project lifecycles from design through handover.

Responsibilities

Break down large projects into manageable work streams.
Communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities to cross-functional teams.
Travel up to 25% within EMEA.
Deliver end-to-end program execution from pre-contract design to handover.
Coordinate interfaces between internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Manage delivery program and project budget, securing finance.
Work with Capacity Planning, Energy, Real Estate to develop build strategies.
Lead workflow improvements and share lessons learned across teams.
Regularly report status to senior leadership on key metrics.
