Job summary

The Keystone Group, including Thor Helical, is seeking a Technical and Business Development Manager based in Cookstown, NI. You will drive global sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships across the UK, Europe, US and beyond.

You will discuss technical solutions with customers, demonstrate products, and achieve sales targets while travelling internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of construction products and solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Commercial awareness with a target-driven approach.
• Excellent relationship building across distributors, contractors and customers.
• Clear and effective communication of technical information.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across all market sectors with distributors and partners.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close opportunities within agreed timeframes.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and specifiers.
• Attend trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM with accurate data and follow-ups.
• Undertake other duties related to the role as the business evolves.
