Job summary

Keystone Lintels, part of Keystone Group, seeks a technically minded Sales Manager to cover the South East. You will build relationships with housebuilders and contractors, drive new business, negotiate terms and contribute to the group’s growth strategy.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and a drive to achieve targets, with regular travel to customer sites and meetings. Experience in construction is desirable; a full UK driving licence is essential.

• Experience in the construction industry is desirable.
• Full, clean UK driving licence essential due to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships with housebuilders and contractors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and budgets.
• Negotiate trading terms within approved parameters.
• Maintain and improve relationships with key customers.
• Raise awareness of Keystone Group among house builders.
