Job summary

Future Publishing is seeking a Global Talent Development Lead to shape and deliver group-wide training and development programmes. You will partner with People Business Partners and executive sponsors to identify skills needs across global hubs, delivering sessions virtually and in person.

You will build talent frameworks, coach managers, and track training metrics to ensure solutions align with our values and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programmes across diverse professional levels.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and talent technologies to manage programmes.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with global teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative planning.
• Experience tracking and reporting learning programme performance.
• Commitment to inclusive talent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and People partners to diagnose global training and development needs.
• Design and deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person.
• Map future-skills requirements across the business using our established talent frameworks.
• Offer professional, consultative advice to teams regarding future talent opportunities.
• Build and maintain supportive partnerships with external training suppliers and experts.
• Evaluate, track, and report on the overall performance of our training initiatives.
