Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in London is seeking a Global Talent Partner (Interim) to shape talent strategy, lead learning and leadership programmes, and strengthen succession for critical roles across the enterprise.

You will partner with senior leaders to accelerate growth of diverse top talent, design high-potential development, support change initiatives, and measure impact with enterprise metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management and development across a global, multi-site business.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive succession and leadership development.
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent and learning programmes.
• Strong data analytics skills to measure impact and tell a compelling story.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Succession Planning.
• Design and facilitate high-potential learning programmes, both in person and online.
• Support enterprise talent processes including performance reviews and talent reviews.
• Consult with HR partners and leaders to identify critical roles and succession strength.
• Drive change management initiatives and measure impact with leadership metrics.
