Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Manager, Talent Development – International to lead global talent development initiatives across international markets. The role partners with regional HR and business leaders to tailor programs, drive performance management, and scale development programs globally while respecting local context.

With 5–8 years of related experience, you will design instructional content, manage end-to-end programs, and leverage HRIS systems to improve data accuracy and program impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational development, with program/project leadership.
• Experience designing instructional/learning content for diverse audiences.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end ownership from design to measurement.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/talent systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Fanatics' international talent development strategy across markets.
• Partner with regional HR teams and business leaders to tailor programs to local context.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, calibration, and development planning.
• Develop scalable programs, career frameworks, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and impact across international markets.
