Job summary

Fanatics seeks a Manager, Talent Development – International to lead and scale performance management and development programs across its international markets. The role partners with regional HR and business leaders to tailor frameworks for local contexts while maintaining global standards.

You will design instructional content, drive program governance, and oversee the lifecycle from design to measurement, leveraging AI-enabled insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in talent development, HR or organizational development, including leading programs or projects

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Director, Performance Management and Talent Development to align international talent strategies with enterprise standards
• Coach managers on performance conversations, calibration, and talent development best practices
• Own program timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery logistics for international talent initiatives from planning through rollout and measurement
• Configure, maintain, and report on talent programs within HRIS/talent systems
• Track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of talent programs internationally and report on progress
• Ensure consistent execution and alignment with global standards across Fanatics International markets
