Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Director, Talent Development, Global to translate the Talent Development strategy into a scalable global portfolio of leadership and core learning solutions. You will own design, governance and impact measurement across regions and properties, while managing budgets and vendors to strengthen the learning ecosystem.

• Led talent development or enterprise learning portfolios globally.
• Designed leadership, capability, coaching and core learning solutions at scale.
• Strong portfolio and project leadership with governance, prioritization and budgets.
• Influenced senior stakeholders across corporate, regional and property environments.
• Confident facilitator and communicator for executive-ready recommendations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Turn Rosewood’s Talent Development strategy into an integrated global portfolio of leadership, capability and core learning solutions.
• Own the design, implementation, governance and impact measurement of assigned enterprise initiatives.
• Manage budgets and vendors, strengthen the learning ecosystem and digital capability.
• Advance development pathways and facilitate core programs across regions and properties.
• Set engagement approach, agenda and operating rhythm for the global Talent Development community.
• Establish measures and dashboards for adoption, quality, capability uplift and business value.
