Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced technology environment. The role is primarily remote with UK-wide coverage and occasional travel.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to design sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Experience in IT/Technology recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS/CRM systems

Qualifications

• Proven Talent Acquisition experience across IT/Tech/Consulting services.
• End-to-end recruitment management from requisition to offer.
• Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates across a range of technical and business roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment reporting to stakeholders.
• Utilise ATS and CRM systems to manage recruitment activity and maintain compliance.
• Support employer branding, talent pooling, and diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and recruitment teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects and process enhancements.
