Zepz is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment across our global teams, leveraging AI and modern sourcing to build diverse pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers to define ideal profiles, screen candidates, drive offers, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while championing speed, quality and diversity.

This role is based near London with regular office visits to our London office to connect with the team.

Competenze

• Strong track record in full-cycle talent acquisition in fast-paced tech/fintech environments.
• Proven experience recruiting across international markets including US, Philippines, South Africa and Australia.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and adjust to global candidate needs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to execute recruitment strategies.
