Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking a Technical Sales Manager, International TacCIS, to promote and sell our Tactical Communication and Information Systems internationally. The role requires translating complex tech into business value and exceeding revenue targets.

You will travel internationally, collaborate with customers and partners, and support proposals while delivering demos and proofs of concept. Hybrid work is possible in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Extensive experience in B2B technical sales or solutions engineering.
• Strong grasp of defense technologies (AI/ML, cybersecurity, networking, cloud).

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert to the Business Development team with market insight.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to capture requirements and align solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Support proposals and pricing with product teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, scoped solutions.
• Post-sale customer advocacy and handoff to execution for upsell opportunities.
• Capture market intelligence and feed insights to product and BD teams.
