Job summary

TÜV SÜD Ltd. is expanding its Commercial Team in the Transport line, Fareham, to drive growth in testing, inspection and certification services for defence, aerospace, marine, and rail sectors.

The role blends technical understanding with sales acumen to deliver tailored compliance solutions through collaboration with engineering and project teams. The successful candidate will have an engineering or technical background, experience with TIC testing or product qualification, and be comfortable

Qualifications

Engineering or technical background required.
Experience with TIC testing industry or product qualification is advantageous.
Experience with quotation generation for testing services (EMC) is desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via face-to-face meetings or MS Teams.
Prepare technical quotations or proposals using standards and pricing tools.
Plan and manage sales activities and pipeline with line manager.
Enter incoming enquiries into the CRM system.
Identify and offer solution-based packages from TÜV SÜD’s service portfolio.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project managers to promote services.
