Job summary

Thales Group is seeking a Sales Manager (Capture / Campaign Lead) for ISR to drive high-value export contracts in Naval ISR. The role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales across international markets, with travel and a hybrid office/remote setup in Crawley and UK sites.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, manage opportunities, coordinate with KAMs/CDs and BD teams, and lead bid governance to secure wins while maintaining customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electronic Warfare.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells a dedicated ISR portfolio; drives opportunities from pre-sales to final sale and achieves orders.
• Defines the international sales strategy for projects, collaborating with SAM/KAM and BD teams.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams, negotiates terms, and leads bid governance with senior management.
