Job summary

JS Talent Hub is guiding a leading global provider of enterprise SaaS solutions. They seek an experienced SVP – Global Head of Services to lead a global Services organisation and own end-to-end delivery across Professional Services, Implementation, Delivery and Support.

The role requires 20+ years in senior leadership within enterprise SaaS, with proven ability to manage multi-region services, complex transformations and to drive an AI-enabled, scalable operating model.

Qualifications

20+ years of senior leadership in Professional Services, Delivery or Customer Support.
Experience leading global, multi-region services organisations in enterprise SaaS.
Track record in large-scale enterprise implementations and transformations.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Services organisation with strategy, governance and performance standards.
Oversee complex enterprise implementations and transformation programmes.
Drive customer support excellence and operational efficiency.
Develop a high-performing global leadership team and culture of ownership.
Champion AI, automation and intelligent workflows across Services.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve strategic issues.
Own the commercial health including capacity, utilization and margins.
