Job summary

Guidewire Software seeks a VP, Global Practices to lead the technical and methodological backbone of Guidewire Professional Services. This leader owns global capability, standards, and AI-enabled innovation across five practices and ensures high-quality Guidewire and SI partner implementations globally.

The role oversees setting engineering rigor, developing practice IP, and driving strategic deals, partner enablement, and talent capability at scale within the US and international regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology services, software implementation, or enterprise consulting.
• Experience leading a global, multi-practice or multi-discipline technical organization.
• Deep experience delivering complex enterprise software in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment of global technical methodology, architecture standards, and integration patterns for Guidewire PS implementations.
• Maintain practice IP and ensure it is versioned, governed, and accessible to regions and partners.
• Set engineering rigor and enforce the quality bar across all regions and partners.
• Lead integration of AI methods into technical practice and ensure alignment with product roadmap.
• Champion productization of repeatable services and ensure technical quality of offerings.
• Build and maintain a bench of architects and methodologists across five practices.
• Serve as the senior technical voice on strategic deals and provide escalation support.
• Enable SI partners through tools, training, and reference assets and manage partner accreditation.
