Job summary

TechYard is seeking a Vice President to lead ServiceNow and enterprise transformation engagements from its London base. You will shape transformation strategies, oversee delivery across multiple engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to executive clients.

You will also contribute to practice development, mentor teams, and help grow the consultancy by pursuing new opportunities and expanding client relationships in AI-enabled transformations.

Vice President (VP) – ServiceNow & Enterprise Transformation

Our client is a senior-led specialist consultancy operating at the intersection of ServiceNow, Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Transformation. Working with enterprise organisations across IT, HR, Finance and Global Business Services, they combine strategic advisory with delivery excellence to help clients design, implement and optimise large-scale transformation programmes.

With continued growth across the UK and internationally, they are looking for experienced consulting leaders who can combine client delivery, commercial awareness and practice development within a high-performing boutique consultancy.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead complex ServiceNow and enterprise transformation engagements while supporting the continued growth of the consultancy.

This is a senior client-facing leadership role combining programme oversight, executive stakeholder management, solution shaping and commercial development. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping shape transformation strategies while ensuring successful delivery across multiple engagements.

Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to practice development, support business growth activities, mentor consulting teams and help strengthen the firm's capabilities across ServiceNow, AI and Enterprise Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ServiceNow and enterprise transformation programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with executive business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advisory across digital transformation, operating models and business process improvement.
• Oversee programme governance, delivery quality, commercial performance and risk management.
• Support sales pursuits, proposals, solution shaping and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams, supporting capability growth across the practice.
• Contribute to internal initiatives including methodology development, AI capability and thought leadership.

Required Experience

• Significant consulting experience within a recognised consultancy or ServiceNow partner.
• Proven leadership of complex enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong experience engaging C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow-enabled transformation across one or more domains including IT, HR, Finance or Global Business Services.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting pre-sales, proposals or account growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams across multiple client engagements.
• Experience across operating model design, organisational transformation or enterprise process optimisation.
• Exposure to AI, automation or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Experience contributing to consulting practice development and capability building.
• Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Certifications

• ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
• Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, PMP or equivalent project delivery certifications are beneficial.
• Relevant consulting, change management or business transformation certifications are welcomed.
