Job summary

Percona, a remote‑first software services leader, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Services to own global delivery, strategic planning, and P&L across Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services. You will shape product strategy with Product and Engineering, drive performance, and elevate customer experience across every touchpoint.

This senior role requires building globally distributed teams, setting KPI driven agendas, and challenging established norms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading global delivery organizations in software/technology.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Services division including multiple service lines (Support, Managed Services, Global Advanced Services, Professional Services, Project Management, Technical Leads, and Delivery Operations).
• Own end-to-end service delivery quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Set strategic direction for Global Services in line with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Champion an AI-first approach to operation and delivery, scaling through automation.
• Build and refine KPIs for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Establish knowledge capture and sharing systems across Global Services.
• Maintain Percona's reputation as experts in open source database technologies.
• Stay close to key customers and translate evolving needs into delivery improvements.
• Champion the Percona community by contributing high-impact content and expertise.
• Hold P&L responsibility and allocate resources to growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering to inform strategy.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and the community to feed back into service design.
