Qualifications

• Proven success in medical device, healthcare, life sciences or other complex B2B sales environments.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value commercial opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate, influence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth across UK, Ireland and Nordics through distributor partners.
• Build and execute joint business plans to maximise sales and market penetration.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations and business reviews with distributor partners.
• Develop distributor capabilities through coaching, training and performance management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Leadership to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting through CRM systems.
