Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor with a background in engineering and production. The role focuses on material planning, scheduling and procurement aligned with BOMs and customer demand.

You will monitor POs through delivery, coordinate domestic and international logistics, and support finance with VAT accounting, customs queries and invoicing issues. Strong Excel and SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP Business by Design.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for material planning, scheduling and procurement in accordance with bills of materials and customer demand.
• Monitor Purchase Orders through to delivery, including regular expediting, reconcile any order discrepancies, and assist accounts with invoice queries.
• Coordinate all domestic and international logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of import and export activities, deal with any Customs queries and support finance for Postponed VAT Accounting.
