Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor with an engineering/production background to manage material planning, scheduling and procurement for precision machined components. The role includes import/export coordination and handling Customs queries.

You will monitor POs from order to delivery, expedite where needed, reconcile discrepancies, and assist accounts with invoices while coordinating domestic and international logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business by Design.
• Supervisory experience.
• Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials, scheduling and procurement according to BOMs and customer demand.
• Monitor Purchase Orders through to delivery, expediting and resolve discrepancies; assist accounts with invoices.
• Coordinate all domestic and international logistics.
• Maintain records of import/export activities and support finance for Postponed VAT Accounting.

Supply Chain Supervisor

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Supervisor will ideally come from an Engineering and Production background and have a working knowledge of procurement precision machined components and coordination of import and export activities.

Supply Chain Supervisor Responsibilities

• Responsible for material planning, scheduling and procurement in accordance with bills of materials and customer demand.
• Monitor Purchase Orders through to delivery, including regular expediting, reconcile any order discrepancies, and assist accounts with invoice queries.
• Coordinate all domestic and international logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of import and export activities, deal with any Customs queries and support finance for Postponed VAT Accounting.
