Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor with a background in engineering and production. The role involves material planning, scheduling and procurement aligned with BOMs and customer demand, plus coordinating import/export activities.

The candidate will monitor POs through to delivery, expedite where needed, and assist accounts with invoice queries while coordinating domestic and international logistics. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for material planning, scheduling and procurement in accordance with bills of materials and customer demand.
• Monitor Purchase Orders through to delivery, including regular expediting, reconcile any order discrepancies, and assist accounts with invoice queries.
• Coordinate all domestic and international logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of import and export activities, deal with any Customs queries and support finance for Postponed VAT Accounting.

Supply Chain Supervisor
