Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator in Gloucester to support the smooth operation of the supply chain. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, manage delivery discrepancies, and handle invoicing while providing administrative support to procurement and engineering teams.

The role requires strong numerical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role supporting a fast-paced supply chain.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure while communicating clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills and high motivation are required.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to prioritise based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and logistics suppliers to manage delivery discrepancies.
• Responsible for all invoicing and clerical support for procurement activities.
• Provide administrative support to local engineering teams for procurement tasks.
• Support closure of NPD related VIM cases and create new user accounts.
• Maintain local indirect procurement accounts and document filing.
