Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim invites you to join its Supply Chain team as a 12-month internship starting September 2027. The role is head office based with a minimum of two days per week in the Winnersh office, offering exposure to forecasting, planning and customer order management in a global pharmaceutical environment.

You will gain hands-on experience through SAP, Power BI dashboards and cross-functional S&OP activities, while developing reporting tools and international trade compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum three A levels at ABB or equivalent.
• Currently studying for a Supply Chain or Analytical subject and completing a placement year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supply planning by analysing historical data, market trends and customer insights.
• Monitor stock levels and in-transit goods using SAP and Power BI dashboards.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align supply and demand across functions.
• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery and resolve issues.
• Support creation and maintenance of planning tools and reports to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and present updates and insights.
