Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and ability to gather information from multiple sources.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn ERP and planning tools such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end order processing with logistics providers and internal teams.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports and identify trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock discrepancy resolution.
• Support demand planning by reviewing data and contributing to forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to maintain product availability.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement across operations.
