Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Quality Management or related subject and completing a placement year.
• A minimum of three A levels at grades ABB with at least one science/maths subject (or equivalent).
• Eligibility to work in the UK for full duration of internship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions and records.
• Review and track complaints, deviations and CAPAs.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and quality systems.
• Support audits, self-inspections and compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion of required training.
• Support supplier and third-party quality activities.
• Support product launches, lifecycle changes, ongoing supply and batch release activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service and Commercial teams.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and improvements.
