Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in the United Kingdom offers a 12‑month paid internship for a Supply Chain Analyst starting September 2027. The role is head office based, with a requirement of at least two days per week in the Winnersh office, and hybrid working is available.

You will gain hands-on experience across the pharmaceutical supply chain, work with real data, and contribute to live projects while developing analytical and project management skills in a regulated, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Supply Chain or Analytical degree with a placement year.
• Three A levels at ABB or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support supply planning by analysing historical data and market trends.
• Monitor stock levels and in-transit goods using SAP and dashboards.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align supply and demand.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data to identify trends and improvements.
• Document current processes and assist with ERP data extraction.
• Develop tools to monitor order fulfilment and KPI tracking.
