De La Rue plc is seeking an administrative specialist to support the Supply Chain function. You will convert order receipts into Sales Orders and Stock Transfer Orders in the Target-ERP system, book DHL shipments, and assist with export/import documentation for movements UK/Europe/world.

You will ensure shipments are arranged at the correct security level and despatch orders from ERP. You will also input details into the Shipping Log, coordinate with planning, sales, and packing teams, and help

Qualifications

• Excellent numeracy and precision in data handling.
• Strong communication and coordination with multiple teams.
• Experience in busy manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support across Supply Chain.
• Convert orders in Target-ERP to Sales Orders / STOs and Despatch from ERP.
• Book shipments and assist with Export/Import documentation for UK/Europe/world movements.
• Input and maintain shipping logs; ensure OTIF delivery with planning and packing teams.
• Produce and update SOPs for responsible areas.
