Job Advert in Stevenage is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing operations team. This full-time role (40 hours per week) is a temporary position with the potential to extend, offering a salary of £28,000-£30,000.

You will support day-to-day flow of goods from suppliers to customers, including tracking orders, updating inventory records, and helping resolve shipping issues to keep delivery schedules on track.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and manage purchase orders and sales orders in the company system.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately.

• Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams for dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate shipping logs, invoices, and compliance paperwork.
• Investigate and resolve delayed shipments, missing items, or billing discrepancies.
