Job summary

MBDA UK Limited is seeking a procurement professional to manage critical supplier subcontracts across the lifecycle of missiles and systems. You will lead negotiations, ensure timely delivery, and safeguard MBDA's commercial position, partnering with suppliers worldwide.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, risk management, and travel to supplier sites in the UK and abroad. A hybrid working pattern is offered with on-site duties 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement subcontract management and tender processes.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and provide commercial solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Willingness to travel to UK, Europe and possibly internationally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute supplier subcontracts and amendments.
• Oversee performance of subcontractor obligations and compliance with standards.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks with suppliers.
• Develop relationships with UK, European and international suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and market intelligence to support MBDA bids.
