Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) in the UK seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist (Subcontract) to manage subcontractor invoices across DPI projects and ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual terms.

You will review invoices, verify against contracts and budgets, process payments, and maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics while supporting CVRs and monthly reporting. Collaboration with project teams and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or subcontract administration on construction projects.
• Experience processing overseas subcontract invoices across multiple entities and currencies.
• Strong knowledge of CIS, VAT, withholding tax and related compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics for PO, invoices, reconciliation and reporting.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process subcontractor invoices for DPI entities worldwide.
• Verify payments against subcontract agreements, purchase orders, approved variations, project budgets, and milestones.
• Ensure supporting documentation is complete and compliant with contractual, statutory, tax, and commercial requirements.
• Maintain records of committed expenditure and outstanding liabilities; track against budgets.
• Produce reports detailing invoice status, accruals, payment forecasts, and supplier liabilities.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Buyers, Operations Teams, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Support CVR processes and monthly/month-end reporting.
