Job summary

Eucalyptus seeks a high-ambition strategist to lead the international expansion of a leading consumer health platform. You will own market performance across live markets, structure deals with pharma partners, and drive growth through data-driven bets and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years in high-pressure environments (consulting, investment banking, or high-growth operations).
• Strong commercial and financial modelling capabilities with explicit assumptions.
• Ability to assess markets, unit economics, and deal structures.
• Experience negotiating with partners, suppliers, pharma companies.
• Experience leading cross-functional, high-ownership projects.
• Clear written investment theses and slide deck creation.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to work with ambiguity.
• Experience or comfort with data-driven decision making (SQL, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance across international markets (Canada, Germany, Japan & Spain).
• Develop market-specific strategies, run experiments, and set joint OKRs with local teams.
• Identify growth pathways via corporate development and new verticals.
• Structure and negotiate commercial deals with global pharma partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with a founder-like, proactive mindset.
