Eucalyptus is expanding its international consumer health platform rapidly. You will shape growth across current markets and new country launches, owning strategic and commercial initiatives and partnering with senior leaders to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high‑pressure environment (consulting, investment banking, or high‑growth startup).
• Strong commercial / banking skill set with multi‑area experience valued.
• Ability to build and defend commercial models (market sizing, unit economics, payback).
• Experience with due diligence and market/partnership assessment.
• Proven negotiation experience with partners, suppliers or pharma companies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive international strategy and commercial initiatives across live markets (Canada, Germany, Japan, Spain) and new launches.
• Lead corporate development to identify growth opportunities and scale the business.
• Structure and negotiate commercial deals, rebates, co‑funding and DMI programs.
• Collaborate with GMs and local teams to set OKRs and drive market performance.
