Job summary

Eucalyptus is expanding internationally as part of a global consumer health platform. You will lead high‑stakes market entries, from due diligence through post‑launch scaling, working with cross‑functional leaders across healthcare and commercial teams.

You will own end‑to‑end market strategies, partner negotiations, regulatory navigation, and data‑driven decision making, driving rapid international growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in high‑pressure environments (law, consulting, or investment banking) or 3+ years as an operator in a high-growth startup.
• Ability to build and defend commercial models from scratch.
• Strong due diligence, market framing, and go/no-go decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own full market due diligence from landscape to regulatory environment and sizing.
• Launch new markets end-to-end, from local team to first patient.
• Scale launched markets by optimizing funnel, running experiments, and owning P&L.
