Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale patient or customer operations across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to manage offshore or BPO capacity and partner economics.
• Strong data skills to drive decisions and identify performance drivers.
• Comfort shaping operating models and automation strategies across borders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global patient operations across markets and eight brand-markets, including the Manila hub, workforce planning, AI-enabled support and partner operations.
• Make resolution the measure by improving complete resolution, reopens, quality, response times and AI containment with patient safety and clinical escalation visibility.
• Turn patient insight into action by analyzing contact drivers, unresolved reasons and verbatims to influence Product, Clinical, Growth and market operations.
• Balance cost to serve with service quality, clinical risk and growth to grow the function’s commercial contribution.
• Shape the global capacity model by deciding market-by-market where capacity sits and how it should flex.
• Define what varies by market and what stays the same to maintain one company feel while respecting language, regulation and clinical risk.
