You will oversee executive-level engagements, coordinate resources across CSC, and shape account plans to align with client objectives while expanding CSC services globally.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in relationship or account management, client solutions, or business development.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through account expansion and cross-selling.
• Experience leading strategic account planning in a matrixed, international organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic client accounts.
• Act as the primary relationship lead to ensure proactive engagement throughout the client lifecycle.
• Lead strategic account planning to identify objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand CSC services within existing accounts through cross-selling.
• Coordinate internal resources across service delivery, operations, product, compliance, and leadership to deliver client objectives.
• Proactively lead sales and commercial discussions with clients, including proposals and solution positioning.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address escalations to ensure service quality.
• Maintain accurate account plans and pipeline information in Salesforce.
