Job summary

CSC is seeking an experienced Director of HR Business Partnership to lead the global People Advisory function from London. You will shape a scalable service model, oversee employee relations, policy interpretation, onboarding, wellbeing, and lifecycle support, and partner with Strategic People Business Partners to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in large, international organisations.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, employment legislation, policy governance.
• Experience leading global or multi-country HR teams with regional adaptation.
• Strong commercial acumen; influence senior stakeholders and translate priorities into people strategies.
• Proven success designing and optimising HR operating models and governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the global People Advisory operating model across regions.
• Oversee delivery of core People Advisory services including employee relations, onboarding, wellbeing, and lifecycle support.
• Establish service standards, governance, case ownership and operating procedures.
• Inspire, coach, and develop regional People Advisory teams across geographies.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver integrated people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
