Corporation Service Company (CSC) is seeking a Global Subsidiary Coordinator to support international entity portfolios and governance needs. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet compliance deadlines and manage multi-jurisdictional client requirements.

Ideal candidates will be deadline-driven, highly organised, and skilled at prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling clients with extensive global presence.
• Experience onboarding GSM clients and leading client calls.
• Strong organisational and priority-setting abilities.
• Ability to communicate and collect requirements for KYC due diligence as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for GSM service needs.
• Manage communications from customers and vendors via Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee onboarding and multi-jurisdictional client requests.
• Research jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and ad-hoc compliance.
