Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Solution Engineer for Data Center opportunities across Europe, including UK&I, France and beyond. You will translate RFQs into actionable architectures, ensuring alignment with specs and coordinating with factories to address deviations, with autonomy and no direct line management.

You will command full data center architecture—from cooling to power, distribution, transformers, and power trains—and drive end-to-end technical coordination, engaging multiple

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Systems engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in solution engineering, system architecture, or related roles.
• Experience designing and leading complex, multi-technology data-center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital and software.
• Lead technical solution development, including integration, design optimization and scope definition.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, Schneider Electric standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership to tendering, engineering, sales and execution teams.
• Support workshops, POCs and solution validation to build customer confidence.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and interface challenges throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
