Responsibilities

• Full legal responsibility across the newly acquired organisation.
• Advise, negotiate and lead on a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Lead on international contracts and contracts under foreign laws.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with customers.
• Advise on software licensing, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Oversee data protection and privacy/compliance matters.
• Lead AI/ML regulatory strategy and compliance.
• Manage IP portfolio of the business.
