Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with customers on order requirements.
• Knowledge of 3rd party logistics providers and shipping terms.
• Experience in order processing and invoicing via ERP.
• Strong MS 365 skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt to shipping and invoicing.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and maintain relationships with customers and logistics providers.
• Allocate product to customers based on stock, production schedules, and requirements.
• Update sales forecasting tools with accurate information.
• Coordinate with freight providers for quotes and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health and safety.
