Job summary

Computacenter is offering a 13‑month undergraduate placement where you join a customer account team to help keep critical services running for major organisations. You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, respond to enquiries, and add value to services while developing presentation and communication skills.

You will gain exposure to a global environment, work across regions, and learn technical services and best practices, with potential to return to university and apply

Qualifications

• You'll be studying at undergraduate level in your second year of university, in any degree discipline and be in your penultimate year of study.
• You'll have a keen interest in technology and striving to achieve outstanding levels of service to customers.
• You'll be personable with the ability to communicate and build relationships.
• You'll be adaptable to situations and be proactive in problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• You'll be hardworking and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• You'll bring theoretical learnings from your studies and put them into practice with Computacenter's Service Management team.
• You are free from July 2027 to start in role!

Responsibilities

• Establish long‑lasting relationships with the customer, internal teams, and partners by helping to respond to any enquiries and requests
• Gain an understanding of your customers business objectives and goals and help to add value to new and existing services
• Develop your presentation and communication skills by helping to create and present customer‑facing documentation
• Attend customer and internal meetings, keeping track of key actions and ensure our services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and strategic goals
• Gain exposure to a global corporate environment with an opportunity to work with colleagues across the world (e.g. Europe, USA, Asia‑Pacific)
• Analyse key performance metrics and trends and provide valuable insight to improve or grow services
• Develop your knowledge of technical services and best practice, and work towards an industry‑recognised qualification to aid your future career development.
