Job summary

Computacenter invites graduates to join its Business Management Graduate Associate Programme across London, Birmingham, Hatfield or Manchester. Starting September 2027, the 10-month programme develops leadership, IT service knowledge, and industry qualifications while you build client relationships and contribute to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree educated (any subject) or 2-3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong interest in technology and outstanding service quality.
• Able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
• Willingness to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Computacenter's core service offerings and develop leadership skills while pursuing industry qualifications.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers and account teams to understand objectives and add value.
• Lead customer and internal meetings to track service performance and actions, ensuring contractual alignment.
• Develop knowledge of technical services and policies to run services efficiently and satisfy customers.
• Manage financial costs and revenues, forecast new opportunities, and report on account health.
• Identify growth opportunities and help customers address business and technology challenges.
• Sharpen presentation and communication skills with customers and leadership teams on strategy and performance.
• Analyze key metrics to find ways to deliver value and innovation.
