Job summary

Computacenter is offering a 13-month Business Management Placement Programme across UK locations including Birmingham, Hatfield, London, and more. Start date is July 2027 on a fixed term, full-time basis.

You will join customer account teams to keep critical services running for some of the world’s largest organisations. You will establish relationships, understand client objectives, present documentation, and attend meetings to ensure contracts are delivered.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in penultimate year; available July 2027.
• Strong interest in technology and service delivery.
• Personable with the ability to communicate and build relationships.
• Able to adapt and solve problems proactively.
• Hardworking with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Apply learnings from studies to Computacenter’s Service Management team.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-lasting relationships with customers, internal teams and partners.
• Understand customer objectives and help add value to services.
• Develop presentation and customer-facing documentation.
• Attend meetings and track actions to meet contractual obligations and goals.
• Work with colleagues across the world (Europe, USA, Asia-Pacific).
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve services.
• Develop knowledge of technical services and pursue industry-recognised qualification.
