Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking high-potential graduates for its Business Management Graduate Programme across the UK (London, Birmingham, Hatfield, Manchester).

Starting September 2027, this 10-month programme develops leadership skills, IT service understanding and client-facing capabilities. You’ll build relationships with customers, join account teams, manage service performance meetings and learn through formal training and assessments.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or 2-3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Keen interest in technology and striving to achieve outstanding levels of service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Computacenter's core service offerings and develop leadership skills.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers and account teams to understand business objectives.
• Lead customer and internal meetings to track service performance and actions.
• Develop knowledge of technical services and policies to ensure efficient customer services.
• Support financial forecasting and identify new business opportunities.
• Attend presentations to customers and leadership teams on account strategy and performance.
• Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for value and improvement.
• Gain exposure to a global corporate environment with remote collaboration across regions.
