Job summary

SailGP is seeking a Global Security Lead to oversee on-site security, accreditation and access control across events. You will translate the security strategy into executable plans, coordinate with operators, authorities and suppliers, and ensure safety, documentation and post-event reporting.

The role requires leading incident management, risk assessment and continuous improvement, while aligning with the organisation's standards and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on-site security operations at live events.
• Ability to coordinate with authorities, suppliers and venue teams.
• Strong incident response, risk assessment and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site security, accreditation and access control from build to breakdown.
• Coordinate daily security briefs with partner providers and stakeholders.
• Ensure venue zone integrity, egress safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain documentation, logging and post-event debriefs.
