• Strong security experience with knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience helping partners build security capabilities, practices, or offerings.
• Ability to translate security expertise into partner opportunities.
• Strong partner-facing, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating programs, workshops, or cohorts across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative with cross-team relationships across security and partner orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continuously develop the Frontier Factory Secure AI track.
• Coordinate and schedule cohort sessions with engaging partner experiences.
• Bring together security experts, delivery teams, content owners and stakeholders for delivery.
• Remove obstacles, provide clarity, and guide partners through enablement journey.
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to drive engagement and program success.
• Continuously improve content, structure, and scalability based on feedback and outcomes.
