Qualifications

• Significant leadership of distributed engineering teams in a regulated environment.
• Hands‑on architectural experience with production‑grade generative AI and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate business and security requirements into prioritised engineering roadmaps.
• Strong foundations in APIs, microservices, distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Experience delivering cyber security platforms, identity, privileged access or security automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security product delivery and evaluate vendor AI security landscape and in-house capabilities.
• Define AI Security Architecture and drive cross‑functional engineering strategy with governance.
• Design safeguards for autonomous AI and continuous assurance controls.
• Collaborate with Security Operations to enhance detection, response and automated remediation capabilities.
• Embed security harnesses for enterprise AI models and automated control validation.
