Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Security Architect to shape and secure enterprise, cloud, platform, and AI-enabled technology in a global environment. You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, product, and security teams to identify systemic risk and drive secure adoption of emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic systems.

Formación

• 15+ years of relevant experience in security architecture, security engineering, or related disciplines with senior/staff leadership.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture across cloud, application, network, identity, and enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-based and containerized environments (AWS / Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of IAM, PKI, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, TLS, VPNs, secrets management, KMS, and HSMs.
• Expertise in network/app security controls (WAFs, NGFWs, segmentation, DDoS mitigation).
• Experience with secure software development, threat modeling, CI/CD, and developer platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts including generative AI and agentic systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering/Security.

Responsabilidades

• Design, review, and approve security architecture for enterprise, cloud, SaaS, platform, and application environments.
• Lead cloud security architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Define security architecture for SaaS and PaaS platforms, including identity federation and data protection.
• Drive security across the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and code signing.
• Lead security architecture for AI-enabled systems, including generative AI and AI agents.
• Design mitigations for risks such as prompt injection and data disclosure.
• Define security requirements for AI data, models, prompts, embeddings, and tool integrations.
• Architect and improve identity, authentication, authorization, and cryptography controls.
• Identify security design gaps and translate findings into practical hardening standards.
• Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
